to Trewethan, St Kew as having been devised lands by will of his cousin
John Lynam of Cant, St Minver for life with remainder to his heirs. With
his wife Jane Lynam and son & heir apparent, John Lynam, named in said
Abstract as being a party to an Indenture dated 10 April 1797 docking
said remainders and providing for a Common Recovery to the use of John
Wallis his heirs and assigns which was suffered. Also named in DOC Memo
9 November 1826 by G H Bellringer as a party to A Deed of Release dated
24 June 1798 between John Wallis, gent, Joseph and John Lynam esqs,
William Worden Yeo and a further Deed of Release (date not given)
