KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS THAT WE ALBERT EDWARD PRINCE OF WALES DUKE OF SAXONY, DUKE OF CORNWALL AND ROTHSAY, EARL OF CHESTER CARRICK AND DUBLIN BARON OF RENFREW, LORD OF THE ISLES AND GREAT STEWARD OF SCOTLAND, UNDER THE Authority of “The Duchy of Cornwall Management Act 1863” in order to put an end to all questions between us and GRACE WILLS of Wadebridge, in the County of Cornwall Widow, THOMAS WOOLLCOMBE of Devonport in the County of Devon Esquire, and THE REVEREND TEMPLE WALTER WEST of Tetcott in the said county Clerk, (Devisees and Trustees under the Will of the late Right Honourable Sir William Molesworth Baronet (Deceased ) ELIZABETH HAMBLY Widow, THOMAS CLEAVE Yeoman, THOMAS KEY Gentleman, HART KEY Yeoman, HENRY BLAKE Yeoman, all of the parish of St. Breock in the said County of Cornwall, SAMUEL SYMONS and RICHARD PENGELLY both of the parish of St Minver in the same County, Yeomen, THE COMMISSIONERS for Regulating or improving the PORT OF PADSTOW, RICHARD JOHN EDWARD SYMONS Solicitor, THOMAS MARTYN Merchant, WILLIAM ROBERTS CRAWFORD POTTER Esquire, and SAMUEL POLLARD Solicitor, all of the parish of Egloshayle in the same County (all whom are hereinafter referred to as “the purchases”) respecting the river bed foreshore and premises hereinafter described and hereby granted or intended so to be, and in consideration of the sum of £553 18 1 by and on behalf the purchasers paid into the Bank of England to the account of the Duchy of Cornwall, DO by these presents, by the direction and on nomination of the purchaser, GRANT unto the said THOMAS WOOLLCOMBE and his heirs ALL the estate right title and interest which by virtue of the said Act or otherwise we have power to convey in and over ALL THOSE pieces or parcels of land lying below the bridge at Wadebridge aforesaid, and being or forming parts of the foreshore or bed and soil below high water mark of the river Camel or Allan in the said County of Cornwall, delineated in the plan annexed by way of Schedule to these presents numbered respectively 1 to 13 both inclusive, 15 to 19 both inclusive and 21 and 23 in reference to the same scheduled plan and distinguished in the same plan by the colours green and yellow respectively, All which premises intended to be hereby conveyed are or are claimed to be parcel of the land and possessions of the Duchy of Cornwall in the County of Cornwall.
EXCEPT AND ALWAYS RESERVED to our heirs and successors all mines and minerals under the said piece or parcels of land or foreshore, making adequate compensation for all damaged caused by any entry to search for and work such mines and minerals or by the searching for or working of the same, such compensation to be claimed assessed secured and paid within the time and in the manner provided by sections 55 and 59 (inclusive) and sections 61 and 66 (inclusive) of an Act passed in the session of Parliament held in the 7th and 8th years of the reign of Her present Majesty, intitled “An Act to confirm and enfranchise the Estates of the Conventionary Tenants of the Ancient Asscessionable Manors of the Duchy of Cornwall and to quiet Titles within the County of Cornwall as against the Duchy, and for other purposes”
PROVIDED ALWAYS that before any entry shall be made to search for or work the mines and minerals hereby excepted and reserved such notice shall be given as is required by section 60 of the last mentioned Act.
TO HOLD the premises hereby granted or intended so to be freed and discharged from all claim and demand by us our heirs and successors (except as before excepted) unto the said THOMAS WOOLLCOMBE and his heirs To the uses following (that is to say)
AS to all those parts of the granted premises numbered 1 on the scheduled plan, To the use of the said GRACE WILLS her heirs and assigns forever.
AS to all those parts of the granted premises numbered 2 on the scheduled plan, To the use of the said THOMAS WOOLLCOMBE and TEMPLE WALTER WEST as such Devisees and Trustees as aforesaid their heirs and assigns forever.
AS to all those parts of the granted premises numbered 3,6 and 12 respectively on the scheduled plan, To the use of the said ELIZABETH HAMBLY her heirs and assigns for ever.
AS to all those parts of the said granted premises numbered 4 on the said scheduled plan, To the use of the said THOMAS KEY his heirs and assigns forever.
AS to all those parts of the granted premises numbered 7,8,10 and 13 respectively on the scheduled plan, To the use of the said HART KEY his heirs and assigns for ever.
AS to all those parts of the granted premises numbered 9 on the scheduled plan, To the use of the said HENRY BLAKE his heirs and assigns for ever.
AS to all those parts of the granted premises numbered 19 and 23 respectively on scheduled plan, To the use of the said Commissioners for Regulating and Improving the Port of Padstow and their successors for the purpose of the Act of Parliament under which those Commissioners are incorporated.
AS to all those parts of the granted premises numbered 18 on the scheduled plan, To the use of the said THOMAS MARTYN his heirs and assigns for ever
AS to all those parts of the granted premises numbered 16 and 17 respectively on the scheduled plan, To the use of the said WILLIAM ROBERTS CRAWFORD POTTER his heirs and assigns for ever
AS to all those parts of the granted premises numbered 15 on the scheduled plan, To the use of the said SAMUEL POLLARD his heirs and assigns for ever
AS to all those parts of the granted premises numbered 21 on the scheduled plan, To the use of the said RICHARD JOHN EDWARD SYMONS his heirs and assigns for ever
IN WITNESS whereof we have caused the Seal of the Duchy of Cornwall to be duly affixed and set hereto the 31st day of December in the year of our Lord 1873

I HEREBY ACKNOWLEDGE that the sum of £553 18 1 in the within written deed mentioned to have been paid into the Bank of England was so paid to the credit of the account of the Duchy of Cornwall on the 20th day of August 1873
