ST CLETHER

is situated in the Hundred of Lesnewth, and is bounded by Egleskerry, Laneast, and Alternun. The northern part of the parish is comprised of downland, which extends almost to Launceston, and abounds in managanese. The western section runs into the granite of Roughtor and Brown Willey. Today, it is a centre of farming.
